Our menu is created with locally sourced produce from Bialas Farms and eggs, meat, cheeses and maple syrup from New York's Hudson Valley
Chilled rice noodles tossed with our ginger/tamari dressing, julienned sweet bell peppers, cucumbers, radish, scallion and sesame seeds served with a side of dressing and lime wedge (GF & Vegan) Add chilled grilled shrimp or marinated tofu for 5
Organic beef meatballs cooked with Korean spices in a pumpkin, then served with matchstick veggies over basmati rice
Mini pumpkin stuffed with quinoa, lentils, roasted veggies served with a light lime curry sauce- Vegan and GF

We brew our own blend of two specialteas- Blueberry hibiscus and Ginger Mint iced tea, both lightly sweetened with agave. We also have San Pellegrino sodas, hot apple cider & water
