This season we are holding our cooking classes at Graze Restaurant, 3142 State Route 207, Clover Knoll Plaza, Campbell Hall, NY 10916 on the third Tuesday of the month, beginning in November. With only 10 spaces available for cooking students, we will explore sautéing, baking and roasting in a three class series. The cost of the full series is $75 or $25 for a single class. Students will learn basic recipe structures, knife and kitchen tool skills, kitchen safety, how to bake, sauté and shape foods.
